| 11/03/2000 | Bolted the head on. I had to shorten one stud, but after that all nuts did up the 50ftlb with no problems. I might nip them up a little tighter when I re-torque it at 500km or so, but I'll just see (it is only 10:1, not 12:1, compression after all). Bolted the exhaust on. |

| 13/03/2000 | Popped in to see Geoff O'Toole and got the last few bits for the gearshift linkage machined up. |
